Dave Sapio sent this & says: This news article gives the Philippine
perspective on the last ship grounding in Helen. Ran across it by chance
on a Japanese tourist boat staffed by a Philippine crew sailing in the SW.
Doesn't mention Helen by name, but that is the boat mentioned in a few
of the articles I already sent.
